Chioma Ukaegbu – 5th Grader, Edgewood Middle Campus
"The most important thing that DC Prep has taught me is to do the RIGHT thing even when no one is looking."
A transfer from a DCPS school, 5th grader Chioma Ukaegbu reports that her old school was fun, "But it's not as fun as DC Prep." Says Chioma: "In this school we get to learn a lot of things and have a lot of opportunities. We get extra homework and sometimes the homework is really fun."
A creative soul, Chioma has found her outlet in English Language Arts class. "My favorite subject is ELA," she says, "and I love to write. When I think about the future, I think about writing books and illustrating."
