NBC Nightly News Visits DC Prep!
An inspirational display in the pre-kindergarten class at DC Prep's Edgewood Elementary campus captured the attention of Brian Williams and the NBC Nightly News. Among the photographs of famous African-Americans, the Black History Month display includes a mirror — hung at child height — in which students can view their reflections and imagine their own bright futures.
